Alli Cat HSAS STDs TDI    Herding Started AKC & ASCA, Therapy Dogs International

Alli is very loving, sweet and willing to please. Her hips and elbows are OFA "Good" and eyes CERF "Normal" and BAER hearing tested "Normal". On March 9 & 10, 2002 Alli got her first two legs towards her AKC Started Herding Trial title. She received first place both days and High in Trial! She finished her title with a third place, April 2002. At one year old and only 30 days of herding, she got her ASCA STD sheep title- getting third place. Alli has tons of natural talent and desire to work. Alli's power and style has passed on to her children. She is a solid herding dog, and a lot of help on the farm. Alli also has her TDI therapy dog certification. She is an absolute love and enjoys all people. Nursing home visits are always looked forward to by all.

Alli is super fast and can run faster than all our dogs. She is very athletic. One of her favorite tricks is to jump over me and the raised tailgate into the back of the truck to get in her crate to go to herding or agility. I'm very rarely quick enough to put the tailgate down before she leaps, flatfooted straight over me. I'm 5'3". She is in training for Agility and is ready to begin titling.

Alli was trained and trialed in AKC and ASCA by herding trainer Marie Koebke. Marie did a lovely job with our girl. The picture on the right is Alli and Marie winning first place. The next day they took first and High-In-Trial at the same AKC herding trial.

Alli Cat was born February 8, 1999. She is a black tri, medium coat, and 35 lb. She is registered ABCA and AKC. Alli is a great-grand daughter of Two Time Supreme International Herding Trial champion, Wisp ISDS 161487. Both her grandfathers are top winning sheep and cattle trial dogs: Stetson, owned by Russell McCord and Imp. Tip, owned by Jim Olson.

Her first litter was born November 25, 2000. McCord's Sam is the father See Puppy Page. Her pups are doing well and are in training for agility, herding and Frisbee competition.

Her second litter was born July 5, 2002. Champion Alamar's Spur is the father See Puppy Page. Her pups are owned by some of the nations top handlers. Most of the pups are training for agility and herding competition, plus Frisbee, flyball and various dog sports.
